Time is a rare commodity.
You are busy and don’t have time to drive all over town, search for parking while getting frustrated with traffic – or feeling stressed about running late.
Obligations, such as work, family, or community, are a time sink, leaving you with little time for yourself.
Therapy sounds nice in principle but finding a time that meets your demanding schedule is another matter.
You’re all about convenience and what works efficiently for you.
Pick the time and place – imagine that.
Imagine being able to connect with your therapist anywhere by using your phone, tablet, or computer. The places for teletherapy are endless as long as you have either a strong cell phone signal or a solid Internet connection.
Clients love the flexibility and conveniences of teletherapy; some enjoy sessions from their offices, cars, bedrooms, or backyards. As long as you feel safe, have privacy, and a strong signal, we can meet.
Several clients who used to see me in person transitioned to teletherapy because of the pandemic, and they continue with telehealth because of the convenience and flexibility. Telehealth allows them to schedule therapy around work or even in the middle of the day.
How does telehealth work?
On the day of your appointment, you will receive an email. You click the link in the email from your phone or computer, and it takes you to the website, where you enter your name and become connected.
If you want to use your smartphone, you will be required to download an app before logging in to our session. Everyone finds the system to be easy. Even the least technology-savvy individuals find the process simple and easy to do.
Is it safe? Yes, the technology and software I use provide the strictest safety precautions and are HIPPA compliant. However, I cannot control who may overhear you as we are talking. You should pick a space for our therapy that provides privacy from eavesdropping. Some clients find privacy in their cars.
Don’t let time prevent you from therapy.
Through teletherapy, we can meet at a time and place convenient for you.
Let’s meet online; it’s an easy and effective way for therapy.
